Abstract Submission Guidelines
Individual abstracts may address a) research findings, b) effective program practices or c) an innovation. Each abstract should not be longer than 350 words in length and follow their respective outlines below. Individuals submitting abstracts should ensure they provide sufficient detail for external reviewers to evaluate their work.

Evaluation Criteria
Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
- Originality - Contains significant new findings
- Quality - Significantly advances the evidence base for addressing family planning needs
- Importance - Directly addresses key themes for the conference
- Presentation - Clearly presents material according to outline (with headings)
Important Dates
Submission Deadline: 15th July 2025
Decision Notification: 30th August 2025
Language: All abstracts/papers must be submitted in English
Submission Method: Through the submission portal only
Submission Process
- 1. Choose your abstract category (Research, Program/Best Practice, or Innovation)
- 2. Prepare your abstract according to the respective outline and guidelines
- 3. Ensure your abstract is maximum 350 words and follows the required structure
- 4. Submit through the online submission portal before 15th July 2025
- 5. Receive email acknowledgment of submission
- 6. Await decision notification by 30th August 2025
Note: All corresponding authors will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their abstract submission.
