Abstract Submission Terms and Conditions

1. Submission Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference submission portal.
  • Abstracts submitted through any other means will not be considered for presentation.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English and properly checked for errors before submission.
  • Abstract titles are subject to spell check if the abstract is selected for presentation.

2. Abstract Requirements

  • All abstracts must be structured with: Background, Aims & Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Recommendations.
  • Abstract title must not exceed 25 words.
  • Abstract content (Background, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions and Recommendations) must not exceed 350 words.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Authors retain full ownership of their research and intellectual property.
  • By submitting an abstract, authors grant the conference organizers permission to publish the abstract in conference materials.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring their submission does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Review Process

  • All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the conference scientific committee.
  • The review process is confidential and decisions are final.
  • Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by the specified deadline.

5. Presentation Requirements

  • If accepted, at least one author must register for the conference and be present to deliver the presentation.
  • Failure to present without prior notification may result in exclusion from future conferences.
  • Presentation materials must be submitted by the specified deadline.

6. Ethics and Compliance

  • All research must comply with relevant ethical guidelines and institutional review board approvals.
  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
  • Plagiarism or research misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal information provided during submission will be used solely for conference purposes.
  • Contact information may be shared with other attendees in conference materials.
  • Authors may request removal of their information after the conference.

8. Liability

  • Conference organizers are not liable for any technical issues during submission.
  • Authors are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their submissions.
  • The conference organizers reserve the right to modify terms as necessary.
